Skirt has three layers; a top black mesh layer, a second red mesh layer with exposed plaid ruffle hem, and final solid black lining skirt. Fits like a traditional women’s size XL/2X.

For reference, I am 5'10" and usually wear size L/XL on top/at waist & size XL on bottom/hips/booty; my bust is 38”, waist is 30”, hips are 46”. This skirt fits when sitting lower down at mid-waist. It best fits sizes XL & 2X:
